Your new company Our client is a large international organisation who are looking to develop their commercial financial business partnering team. Our client offers a dynamic working environment to its staff, working with a team of people to provide strategic planning, forecasting and performance management across a wide area of the business. Your new role As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in planning or strategic and financial processes such as the annual budget and cost efficiencies as part of other duties. The key aspects of the role will include: Creating forecasts and budgets and working with others to align them with business aspirations Providing input to the development of strategic business plans, budgets and forecasts, scenario planning, analysis and cost management initiatives Working to deliver information and simplification of financial models and management dashboards Developing financial planning models that deliver timely, robust, action-oriented outputs that can drive commercial discussions and decisions This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience with financial modelling and data analysis who then presents this to senior management of the team to make sense and decisions from the information they have produced. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant or previous experience with a strong record of Financial Business Partnering. A demonstrable ability to work well with teams across a matrix structure Strong process and systems skills, with an understanding of how to improve existing systems and challenge existing processes Practical experience of forecasting and budgeting as well as strong communication skills What you'll get in return Our client is happy to offer WFH, and will be asking the team to be in the office 2 days a week. You will receive a salary of up to £56k + excellent benefits, pensions and bonus.
