Job Description

Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Swadlincote for an experienced Welder to join their expanding team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Welder Job Details & Benefits;

* £14 per hour to start rising to £18.73 per hour once coded

* 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays

* 37.5 hours per week & paid overtime after 37.5 hours

* Afternoon shift – Monday – Thursday 2pm-10.30pm & Friday 2pm-8pm

Welder Job Details;

* MIG Welding of products

* Welding stainless and mild steel

* Reading and following technical drawings

* Updating progress onto the in-house software

* Quality checking products

* Using a variety of hand tools

* General housekeeping duties

* Maintaining health and safety procedures

Welder Person Specification;

* MIG Welding experience is essential

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to use basic computer functions

* Ability to read technical drawings is preferable but not essential as training can be provided

* Working alone and as part of a team
