Job Description
Our client is looking for Commercial Service Engineers to join their well-established team. As a Commercial Service Engineer, your role will involve the repair, service and installation of commercial washing machines, tumble dryers and ironers.
This field-based position will involve travelling nationwide to a variety of businesses including Hotels, Care Homes, Factories, Launderettes and more. You will be assigned jobs nearest to your local area where possible, and on occasion, you may be required to work away.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Fault finding and repairing commercial equipment
- Maintaining and servicing commercial equipment
- Installing and fitting spare parts
- Liaising with Service Co-ordinators and customers
- Providing technical support and site surveys
Required Skills:
- Experience servicing and repairing commercial equipment & white goods
- Good customer service and timekeeping skills
- Gas Safety qualification or experience would be a distinct advantage
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
Hours:
- Day shifts
- Various start times and shift length depending on the job being done
- Flexibility will be required
Salary:
- £35k-£50k per annum depending on level of experience
