Maintenance Manager

Your new company Maintenance Manager job with a medium-sized organisation based in Co Down who produce an increasing range of products for retail clients across the UK and Ireland. They have made significant investment in expanding the plant and bringing new lines in for product expansion. This is a great opportunity to lead and shape the department and report directly to Operations and be part of future expansion. Your new role Leading a team of 4 engineers, you will delegate and manage this team. You will be hands-on 30% of the time and planning and organising the department the other 70%. You will be responsible for all areas and working with the Operations team to deliver planned improvements through engineering. Investment is planned, and you will oversee this for the team and be part of ongoing investment and improvements. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience in production maintenance in a multi-skilled capacity as the role is 30% on tools and also have experience planning small projects, improving maintenance systems and leading contractors for the site. What you'll get in return This is a day-based management role offering up to £60,000 depending on the level of experience you bring to the role and a form of bonus is possible to be negotiated.
