Job Description

New exciting opportunity: A large global telecommunications organisation, is seeking a commercial lawyer (5 years PQE+) to join their commercial legal team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must have previous experience within the telecommunications industry and be able to work autonomously.



Hybrid working model, based in central London.



The role:




  • Supporting commercial matters, contacts, and deals across UK/Europe e.g. RFPs, sales contracts, customer contracts

  • Handling work dispersed across multiple business units

  • Providing general legal support e.g. IP, HR, Data Protection

  • Managing and prioritising a busy caseload

  • Working closely with stakeholders

  • Risk management



Ideal candidate:




  • 5 years PQE +

  • Telecommunications industry experience

  • Global experience (desirable)

  • Self-assured and able to work autonomously
