Private Client Lawyer – Our client is a multi-disciplined and well-established Sussex and Surrey practice. They are now looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background and who can work with minimal supervision. They will consider candidates on a full time or part time basis.

About the Role
You will be handling a varied caseload for a range of clients, consisting of Will drafting, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Administration, Court of Protection applications and Inheritance Tax planning.

Candidate Requirements
You will need to be c.2 years+ PQE with, a solid background in all aspects of private client work, excellent IT skills, be able to demonstrate high standards of client care and ideally be working toward STEP.
