About the Role:
As a Customer Account Manager, you will support our client's valued customer base by delivering accurate price quotations and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service/Sales:
- Assisting customers via phone, fax, and email.
- Providing timely and accurate price quotations.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Developing professional relationships with customers and sales representatives.
- Proactively communicating with customers and suppliers.
✨ Desired Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
- Proficiency with personal computers and typing.
- Desirable: Two years of sales experience/administration in a manufacturing environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
