Job Purpose

Providing 2nd/3rd Line IT support to end-users.

Proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team.

Project work - Implementing and deploying cloud solutions

Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes

• Service Desk IT Support experience.
• MSP Background
• M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix …
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles.
• Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology.
• Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers.
• Eagerness to develop technical and customer service skills, coupled with excellent communication and time management abilities
• Cloud solutions, Azure, VMware, Citrix, Fortinet, and other public and private cloud platforms.
