The Role

We are seeking a proactive and personable Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, converting enquiries into active clients, and supporting the smooth operation of our sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for sales-driven individuals with an interest in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and new client enquiries
• Make outbound calls to nurture relationships and prospect for new business
• Convert leads into active clients, contributing to business growth
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborate with brokers and other departments to expand your finance knowledge
• Provide feedback on marketing and client journey improvements
• Ensure compliance with data protection and internal policies

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
