Our client is a leading international law firm with a highly regarded corporate practice. The team handles a range of deals from traditional M&A and Private Equity to complex MBOs, JVs and corporate advisory work. The client list across a range of sectors is stellar and they are looking for a Senior Associate to join to add further depth to the department.

• Job title: Senior Associate
• Location: London
• Salary: to £195,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Previous experience: 5 PQE + – Ideally a solid background in M&A work and Private Equity experience.

Key attributes

• an experienced Associate or Senior Associate
• minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Experience in broad spread of M&A and PE experience.

You will also be at the stage of your career where you will be taking an active role in BD. One of the key aspects of this role is that the team is looking for someone who can play an active role in helping to drive the team.
