Real Estate Solicitor

Associate - Real Estate - 3-5 years PQE - up to £60,000 salary

The Role

A leading and award-winning international commercial law firm which acts as a trusted adviser to a wide portfolio of clients across a wide range of specialist sectors: from transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.

Due to the expansion of the firm’s Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate who will be principally involved in transactional work including - acquisitions, disposals and refinance of end user and Commercial Real Estate investments (freehold and leasehold)

The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling a wide range of Real Estate matters
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, and refinance work
• A passion for business development is essential
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
