Are you from a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background looking to step up into a leadership role with a multinational company who offer a clear scope of progression to further senior positions?

On offer is this autonomous role where you will take on more responsibility and oversee a small team of skilled engineers, with this growing company who will invest in your career long term.

These global leaders are continuing to dominate the food manufacturing industry. They are now seeking a team leader to join their team and help grow the business further.

This is a 4 on 4 off rotating days and night shift pattern. This role will include allocating and coordinating engineers to jobs to ensure continuous improvement of the production site.

The ideal candidate will have good experience from a maintenance background, looking for an autonomous role with a global leading business. Experience in a leadership / supervisor role is desirable.

The Role:

• 4 on 4 off rotating days & nights.
• Managing a team of 2.
• Allocated engineers to maintenance jobs.

The Person:

• Manufacturing experience.
• Looking to step up into a team leader position.
• Commutable to Maidstone.
