About the Role:
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Estate Agents to join our busy offices in the Bracknell Forest area. If you are driven, enthusiastic, and confident building relationships with new clients, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career. Our Sales Negotiators are responsible for supporting vendors and landlords in selling or letting properties, as well as assisting buyers in finding their perfect home.
The role involves building strong client relationships, keeping vendors informed on market trends, accompanying clients on viewings, and ensuring their feedback is communicated. By providing outstanding service, you will help achieve our goal of selling or letting properties at the right price, quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and regular updates.
Assist vendors and landlords with selling or letting properties.
Help buyers find new homes by understanding their needs and preferences.
Accompany clients on property viewings and respond to their feedback.
Work collaboratively within a target-driven, supportive team environment.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and achieve excellent sales outcomes.
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and dynamic approach.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Well-presented and professional demeanor.
Full UK driving license.
