Job Description
FT Recruitment are recruiting for a sales executive to join our clients ever growing company based in the Sutton Coldfield area,
Duties:
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
* Conduct telemarketing activities to identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
* Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate new business leads.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
* Proficient in using software applications, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
* A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business success.
