Salary: £32,000 + Service and Bonus
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Pub and Restaurant with rooms near Chichester and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.

What's involved?
Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up in absence of the Head Chef. The shift pattern is a mix of 3 splits and 2 straights per week. Due to the location, driving would be beneficial.
