What You Will Enjoy Doing







Main Purpose of the Job:

Conducts and provides Warehousing services in a professional manner to assigned

departments with highest efficiency and accuracy.







Following shipment procedures



Ensures all shipment procedures are followed in accordance to customer

requirements



Ensures all Forklift Operators are trained in procedures and follow them



Delegation and Coordination



Ensures all Fork Lift Operators know their work responsibilities



Proper Training of new hires



Areas of inventory knowledge



Inventory locations



Dock and Fork Lift/Clamp Truck Operations



Safety



Warehouse policies and procedures



Communication between other Warehouse Team Leads



Provides written and verbal communication to other team leads to

provide coordinated efforts for highest department efficiency



Preparing finished product to ship to customer



Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for

damages as well as count)



Prints Bills of Lading



Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse



Others as needed

Must be able to drive yard tractor so as to move trailers to dock

What Makes You Great







Education/Experience:



High School Diploma or equivalent



Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution



Min 2 years of experience as Fork Lift Operator preferred



Certified Fork Lift Operator



Qualifications/Skills:



Computer skills



Lead skills



Safety awareness and quality consciousness
