E-Commerce Specialist

The company is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to join the team in Milan. Scope of Work: Content management (inserting, file preparation, and upload of assets and catalog) in coordination with Merchandising and Communication teams Monitoring orders & returns Monitoring inventory and restocking in coordination with the Merchandising team Testing website functionality on desktop & mobile and across various markets Coordinating partners (Creative agency, e-commerce partner, Digital Marketing agency, and Logistic partner) Monitoring customer care tickets and coordinating with HQ customer care team Organizing calendar events in coordination with Marketing and Communication teams Creation of newsletters according to Business/Marketing indications Coordinating photo shoots (from the next batch) Reporting on visits, sales, and other KPIs (using GA and Shopify) Managing the materials re-ordering (packages, tags, etc.) Support in the go-live phase Requirements: Office Package, in particular Excel expertise 6-12 months experience with e-commerce and therefore knowledge of GA, some e-commerce platforms, and email platforms Attention to detail Time management and general project management mindset Communication and relational skills English is required Italian is a plus Master's in management, marketing, or communication is a plus Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
