In details: Provide strategic and operational HR advisory services to clients. Take responsibility for the commercial development of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. Contribute to organizational development projects, including process improvement and structural changes. Partner with recruitment teams to ensure the acquisition of top talent aligned with business goals. Competenze ed esperienza We are looking for an experienced HR Advisory Consultant to join our Italian team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in the HR field and possess proven skills in one or more of the following areas: Assessment Coaching Training Change Management Organizational Consulting Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Expertise in one or more of the following: assessment, coaching, training, change management, or organizational consulting. Proficiency in business development and client accounting to manage client engagements effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
