Job Description We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to play a key role in growing Cricut sales in Italy by increasing business with existing partners and developing new partnerships. This position reports to the South Europe Sales & Marketing Director. Responsibilities Shape the Italy Sales and Distribution strategy and successfully establish retail (online and Offline) relationships to grow the business. Work effectively with personnel across multiple levels and roles, including senior management, product marketing, operations, sales, marketing, and administration. Work closely with local marketing to align strategies to the unique characteristics of the Italian market. Success is measured in achieving/exceeding targets for revenue, new account acquisition, growth, sales and increasing Cricut brand awareness. Understanding The Market Stay informed about trends, industry events, and developments in the craft and consumer retail sectors. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by partners in this dynamic market. Product Knowledge Deeply understand Cricut products and how they fit the creative needs of your customers. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Cricut products to potential partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. 5-10 years of sales experience in the crafting, creative or technology markets along with retail markets. Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales of Lifestyle/tech consumer products. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent financial acumen, professional organization skills, and time management skills. Must possess ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to work hard and be part of a small, dynamic, and energetic team. Marketing-savvy to help resellers create this new market (in partnership with the France marketing team). Italian as Mother Tongue and Fluent in English.
