This role offers the opportunity to join a prestigious Fine Jewellery brand and contribute to its continued success. As an Arabic-speaking Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise clientelling techniques and superior communication skills in Arabic to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop extensive product knowledge and employ refined selling techniques in Arabic to facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain awareness of profit margins to drive business growth and maximise brand performance.
• Take ownership of departmental operations, including accurate reporting and stock management.
• Lead, inspire, and guide sales team to achieve and exceed targets while upholding brand standards.
• Monitor and enhance employee engagement to ensure a high level of commitment to service excellence.

About the Candidate:

• A minimum of three years of luxury retail experience, preferably with Fine Jewellery experience.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with gemmology qualifications such as GEM-A or GIA is advantageous, but not required.
