Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
A one-stop-shop that manufactures high precision components for an array of industries across the UK and overseas, is now seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to expand their current team.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include -
Providing electrical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry melting and casting equipment, sand mould machines, conveyor systems, bucket elevators and shot blast machines
Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level
PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults
Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery
To be successful in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will -
Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing
Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)
Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc)
Have a flexible approach to overtime in line with business needs
On offer -
A basic salary of up to £37 - 43K
A weekly rotating shift pattern: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
Overtime paid at time + 1/3 midweek and Saturday, time + ½ Sunday
33 days holiday, including bank holidays
Internal and external training
Career progression
Based in Dudley, this role is commutable from Bridgnorth, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Smethwick and all surrounding areas
