Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and hardworking Catering Assistant to join our team and provide top-tier service at our client's establishments.
The successful candidate will support food preparation, serve staff members, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to staff
Keep the canteen clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the day
Operate the till, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food handling and preparation
Support stock control and rotation, receiving deliveries and organising inventory
Provide friendly customer service, responding to staff inquiries and requests
Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as basic cleaning duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred, but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and follow instructions
High attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunch service
Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices (training will be provided)
