Motor Claims Handler
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Location: Rochdale office-based

Key Responsibilities of the Motor Claims Handler:
Taking details of new claims and managing existing ones
Building relationships with referrers
Providing consistent high-level service to clients
Investigating and identifying potential fraudulent cases
Ensuring clients return to their pre-accident position
Required knowledge and experience for the Motor Claims Handler role:
Motor claims experience (Essential )
Credit hire experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Pro Claim system preferred)
