Voids Supervisor - Leicester
Build Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voids Supervisor to join our team in Leicester. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £41,000 per annum, including a van and fuel card. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and schedule social housing reactive repairs
Meet performance targets consistently by overseeing responsive repairs
Effectively manage material costs and ensure process adherence
Monitor work quality through inspections and customer satisfaction surveys
Lead, manage, and develop a team for optimal service provision
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a UK driving licence, excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Prior experience in responsive maintenance with a minimum SSSTS qualification, CSCS Gold Supervisor card, and an understanding of NHF schedule of rates is required.
On Offer:
This permanent position offers up to £41,000 per annum, a van and fuel card, and 26 days of paid holidays, plus bank holidays. In addition, we provide 8% employers' pension contribution, employers' sick pay, and 8 weeks fully paid paternity leave. This role also offers great career prospects, starting as a contract position paying up to £25 per hour - CIS - with potential for permanent employment.
