Your new company
A busy company specialising in travel and holiday rentals is looking for passionate customer service professionals who are available to work temporarily on a rolling basis with the possibility of being made permanent.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering impeccable customer service to new and existing clientele, ensuring that questions and queries are addressed in a professional and informative manner. Working closely with the sales team, you will assist with the customer journey, providing after-sales contact and customer care.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering superior levels of personal service. You will be well presented and display a passion for the industry.
As well as the above, the ideal candidate will display:
- Attention to detail
- High level of oral and written skills
- Desire to assist with tasks outside the scope of the role
- Ability to nuture and develop new and existing stakeholder relationships
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
What you'll get in return
Competitive salary, Monday-Saturday, 9.00-5.30pm on a rotational basis
