Care Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity here at Care Connect Bury Ltd for anexperienced Care Coordinatorto join our Bury team.

Experience within Care and scheduling Care staff is essentialalong with having a good understanding of compliance. If you have been a Care Coordinator previously this is highly advantageous.

Salary:£25,000 to £29,386 per year, depending on experience.

Hours:9am 5pm (Monday to Friday) 37.5 hours

Duties include:

Rota Management for your packages of care

Allocating Care Assistants based on skills and experience to deliver the best quality care & support to each customer

Building excellent relationships with current care staff

Providing excellent customer service

Responding efficiently to day to day changes in care packages

Organising Care Assistant schedules

Answering incoming office enquiries

To participate on a ONCALL Rota (Additional Oncall supplement of £2,470 paid separately to salary)

Please note applicants must hold a full driving licence and have own transport to be considered for this role.

As a Care Coordinator you will benefit from:
