Axon Moore are proud to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly-valued client as they look to recruit an experienced AP Supervisor to take complete ownership of the Purchase Ledger function and lead a small AP team within a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise the accounts payable team, including training, development, and performance management
Manage the end-to-end payable process; ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment runs, supplier statement reconciliation, etc
Month end reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Manage and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Ownership of staff expenses
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience within transactional finance (at least 3 years)
Staff management experience
An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Excellent communication skills
Strong Excel and IT skills
High levels of attention to detail and analytical skills
