Location: Llanarth
Salary: £35,392.00 - £42,618.00 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Opportunity
Join an expanding Therapy Service in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role is ideal for a motivated and creative Senior Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and rehabilitation, supporting patients to improve their occupational skills and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage members of the therapy team, ensuring quality service provision.
* Deliver innovative interventions tailored to patients' needs, improving skills and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
* Supervise junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
* Take part in reducing restrictive interventions, including managing incidents of violence or aggression when required.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in departmental meetings and supervision.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
* Registration with the HCPC.
Desirable:
* Experience in a healthcare setting or with clients with mental health diagnoses or challenging behaviours.
* A willingness to explore innovative, creative approaches to patient care.
Training and supervision from a qualified clinician will be provided, offering opportunities to develop within the role.
