Location: Epsom (Surrey)
Contract Duration: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £24 per hour

Role Description:
As a Plumber you will join our team based in Epsom, Surrey and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems. This static role requires expertise in mechanical systems, and you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and tests on mechanical systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues with building services equipment such as HVAC systems
Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks to minimize system downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests, resolving issues and ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to deliver high-quality services and maintain strong working relationships.
Document all work performed, including maintenance records, reports, and recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to building services engineering.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumber within the building services sector
Ability to diagnose and repair faults in building services equipment effectively.
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Relevant qualifications and certifications in building services engineering (mechanical) are preferred.Benefits:
