The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving customer growth by building and managing relationships with:
* Comparison sites such as Impact and Awin.
* Retailers (both online and offline).
* Affiliate sites and other digital platforms.
* Influencers to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
* Other relevant channels
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow partnerships.
* Identify and engage with potential partners to drive customer acquisition.
* Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual success.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partnership performance.
* Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
* Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
* A passion for financial technology and delivering inclusive solutions.
