Job Description

Customer Service Administrator role based in Cheadle, 3-month fixed term contract

Your new company
This well-established business is seeking a customer service administrator to join their team for a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to their customers, processing orders, handling queries and issues, dealing with deliveries, handling invoices and POs and supporting the whole end-to-end order process.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in customer service and administration will help you succeed in this role. You are experienced at processing a high volume of orders and have worked ina similar environment. You are immediately available for work and are able to get to the site in Cheadle 5 days a week. You have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised with a keen eye for detail. You're personable, a team player and can also work independently. You're proactive and work off your own initiative.
What you'll get in return
