Salary:Competitive Base to £45k + Excellent Commission Structure + Fast-Track Management Opportunity

The Opportunity:

Industrial Recruitment Consultant fast tracking to Management

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to spearhead the Industrial and or Temps division, taking on both hands-on recruitment and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of recruitment consultants focused on the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the East Midlands and /or South Yorkshire,
• Drive business development activities, identifying new client opportunities and expanding the division's footprint in the region.
• Play a crucial role in the companys initial growth, directly influencing strategic decisions and future direction.
• Act as a mentor and leader to team members, fostering a supportive, high-energy environment where success is shared and celebrated.
• Contribute to the setup and structure of the industrial division, including goal-setting, processes, and KPIs.

Experience :

• Experience: Industrial recruitment as a recruiter .
• Leadership: A passion for guiding and developing others, with previous experience in a leadership role highly desirable though not essential .
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Driven and resourceful, eager to be part of a business in its growth stage and to take on the challenges that come with it.
• Networking Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and candidates alike, with a well-established network in East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
