The Role:
Join their Customer Services team as a Customer Service Advisor, where you'll provide exceptional support to their customers and clients. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your knowledge of our diverse product offerings to promptly address inbound queries, facilitate seamless changes to customer details, and resolve issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Build a strong understanding of various product offerings and service providers to effectively assist customers.
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.
Maintain accurate customer information and update details as necessary.
Process requests related to account management, such as changing due dates and settlement figures.
Utilise problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further assistance when needed.
Uphold a commitment to integrity and fairness in all customer interactions.
About You!
Previous experience of 2 years+ in a customer service role is essential.
Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Composed under pressure with strong attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with a friendly demeanour.
Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges.
