As Purchasing Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement a robust direct and indirect purchasing strategy aligned with our business objectives.
• Source, and negotiate favourable terms with Suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
• Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing processes and performance.

Qualifications and Experience needed as the Purchasing Manager

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of driving change and achieving results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supply chain excellence and a hands-on approach
