Temporary Contract 6 month FTC

40 hours per week. Working on the late shift, starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis however flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join us on a temporary 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager,this role will be responsible forproviding the skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full, providing a high quality service to suit their needs. You will work closely with the Transport & Office team to ensure the smooth running of our operation and meeting overall site objectives.:

Key Accountabilities:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers needs
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives
• Supervising a team of operatives on the late shift
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Check for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
• FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential)
• Manual Handling
• Customer Service
