Customer Service Representative Junior

CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative, to join a company in the healthcare industry, at their site based in Oxford, on a contract basis for 12 months.


Salary:

£13.50 per hour PAYE.


Customer Service Representative:

• General office duties.
• Order Receipt Processing of orders.
• Receipt and processing of orders received via multiple systems.
• Prioritisation of different order types.
• Order Entry Accurate data entry of orders.
• Scheduling work (site specific), allocating and scheduling work to the correct location.
• Amendments/ Cancellations Management and processing of customer requirements.
• Checking off hold notification.
• Allocation of off hold order to correct location.
• Stock management.
• Drug ordering when no levels are set on internal system.

Your Background:

• Education- Maths and English GCSE’s/O’levels or equivalent.
• Background in customer services or aseptic compounding is an advantage.
• Computer skills.
• 1 Basic/ Windows & Office.
