The job:

• Managing a team of Kitchen Sales Designers to meet agreed targets
• To deliver and exceed customer expectations by providing a fantastic service.
• Design dream kitchens for our customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet agreed sales targets and ensure the store operates efficiently.

About you:

• Previous Assistant management experience(ESSENTIAL)
• Strong people mangament skills (ESSENTIAL)
• Previous experience in a similar position (desired)
• CAD design skills (desired)
• Enthusiastic and engaging personality
• Desire to meet targets and earn commission
