Job Description:
Our client, a leading social housing provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their team. This role involves working on a variety of projects within social housing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out joinery work including fitting kitchens, doors, windows, and other woodwork.
Perform maintenance and repair tasks in occupied and void properties.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within social housing.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
Multi-skilled in other trades such as plumbing, plastering, or tiling is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license.
