LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: 37.5
SALARY: £14.36 PAYE or £16.22 Umbrella
DURATION: temp - perm

Positioned at the heart of Bristol, you'll work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, flexibly catering to the unique needs of our clients.

Make a difference in vulnerable communities with hands-on support and guidance
Empower others by providing crucial move-on support and housing services
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, fostering personal and professional growth
Preferred Requirements:
Strong background in supported housing and move-on support
Proficiency in assessing support needs and managing risks associated with residents
Experience in collaborating with external agencies to improve service outcomes
Ability to deliver welfare, benefits, and budgeting advice to enhance financial resilience
Acumen in housing management issues, including rent collection and property maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in identifying and addressing the root causes of homelessness
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding strategies for children and adults
Understanding of Psychologically Informed Environments and relevant practices
