Job Description

Italian Speaker with Customer Service and / or Office Administration experience.

• 6 Month Contract, potential for extension
• Free on site parking
• Italian Speaker

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Office Administrator to join a Finance Team at this expanding finance company on a 6 month - with potential to extend - contract.
Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 to 18:30.

THE ROLE:
• Dealing with Italian speaking customers via the telephone and over email
• Credit Checking Customers
• Associated administration
• Updating the database
• Making Verification Calls to Italian / UK customers
• Interacting with the Italian office
• Ensuring tasks are carried out as requested by your Line Manager and the Italian Supervisor

ABOUT YOU:
• Previous experience within an office environment
• Be fluent in Italian
• Have strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to use own initiative
