We are currently looking for anSales and Service Coordinatorto join our friendly team based in Bawtry.This role will offer hybrid working.

In the role ofSales and Service Coordinatoryou will be responsible foror the receipt of customer orders, accurate order input, monitoring the progress of orders and keeping customers informed.

As well as deliveringexceptional customer service, proactively building and managing relationships to support the overall sales plan and Commercial Team.

The ideal candidate for the role ofSales and Service Coordinatorwill have experience of:

• Excellent customer service with a proven track record
• Self motivated

• Effective use of questioning and listening to establish customer needs
• Able to build relationships and trust by providing solutions
• Clear and concise communication
• Demonstrate positivity and desire to succeed
