Manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision
Develop skills to issue proceedings for motor accident cases
Handle claims using an advanced Case Management system
Process new claims and establish liability/indemnity
Negotiate claims to conclusion before a hearing
Maintain an effective diary and escalate claims as neededRequirements:
2+ years of experience in issuing proceedings for RTA claims
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines
