Building Surveyor

I am looking for an Asset Surveyor who can carry out day to day repairs surveys, damp and mould surveys, stock condition and EPC's too, working for an organisation in South Wales. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections of properties within housing, ensuring they are compliant. The Asset Surveyor will get benefits such as mileage coverage and a long-term temporary contract

Monday to Friday/ 37 hours
Temporary Contract
£28-£30 per hour via umbrella
South Wales area
Cardiff

As an Asset Surveyor the responsibilities are:

• Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
• Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
• Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service.

As an Asset Surveyor, you will have::

• Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector and awareness of its regulations
• Experience within surveying
• Knowledge of carrying out responsive repairs surveys
