Sales Executive - Bolton

Overview:
Our client, a reputable company in the heating and plumbing industry, is seeking a motivated Customer Service/Sales Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth through effective client interactions and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers to discuss products and services, ensuring a positive experience.

* Schedule and manage survey appointments to support the sales team.

* Follow up with customers post-installation, encouraging feedback and promoting additional services.

* Register completed installations and assist with service-related documentation.

* Collaborate with lead generators to increase new business opportunities.

* Support administrative tasks and contribute to daily operations.

Candidate Requirements:

* Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.

* Experience in telesales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Familiarity with the heating and cooling industry is an advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

* Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.

* Available for an immediate start.

What You’ll Receive:

* Competitive salary of £23,000 - £30,000 per year (based on experience).

Additional Information:

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, with varied shifts between 08:30 - 19:00; occasional weekend availability may be required.

* Experience Required:

* Microsoft Office: 1 year

* Telemarketing: 1 year

* Sales/B2B sales: 1 year
