At LTE Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Continuity Manager to join the Safety Health and Environment Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

What the Business Continuity Manager role entails.
LTE Group is dedicated to ensuring the resilience and stability of business operations by safeguarding the Group against disruptions and ensuring a high standard of service. We are recruiting a Business Continuity Manager to ensure that the Group's critical operations can continue, or quickly resume in the event of disruption.
The skills and experience required for the role of Business Continuity Manager include.
Significant job-related experience in business continuity planning and impact analysis.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity plans and strategies.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing potential threats to business operations.As the Business Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Develop and lead the Group's Business Continuity Plan, identifying critical functions, developing continuity strategies, and ensuring accessible documentation, and supporting business units in impact analysis, and the documentation, development and regular update of their plans, providing guidance on business continuity procedures, and protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of recovery plans. Develop project plans addressing requirements, risks, schedule, testing.
Coordinate response to business disruptions by assessing the nature and scope of incidents, activating the business continuity plan to maintain critical operations and managing ongoing communication with stakeholders. Ensure alignment across Business Units with the Group Business Continuity Plan by defining roles and responsibilities and engaging with external partners and stakeholders for comprehensive coverage.
Identify and assess potential business risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective continuity procedures for restoring key resources and resuming critical processes. Provide on-call support for emergencies requiring activation of Business Recovery plans.
Maintaining detailed records of incidents and responses, preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring all document is up-to-date and accessible.
Creating policies that support the Group Business Continuity Plan, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 22301, and regularly reviewing and updating policies to reflect the latest best practices.
Developing and delivering training courses for employees, conducting drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of the business continuity plan, and raise awareness about the importance of business continuity.To be successful in your application we are looking for the following qualifications & experience:
Educated to degree level in emergency planning, risk management, or a related field.
Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) or equivalent would be highly desirable.
Project management qualification
Co-ordinating incident response efforts, including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry ISO standards and frameworks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Experience in developing and delivering training programmes and conducting drills to raise awareness and prepare for potential disruptions.The benefits of working for LTE Group.
