Location: Bristol area- Hybrid working
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 + Commission - No Threshold.

Job Overview:
Our client, a provider of IT specialist support services, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and support the sales cycle. This role reports to the Head of Sales and will focus on expanding the customer base whilst also maintaining current clients' accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a sales territory to grow new business.
Manage and optimise sales revenues.
Build and develop quotations and proposals.
Assist with the sales handover to the delivery team.
Track and report sales pipeline status.
Report and forecast sales revenues and margins.
Maintain updated account plans.
Maximize profitability of sales engagements.
Support the creation of marketing materials.Required Qualifications:
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
Excellent administration skills
Ability to work under pressure and with others
Proficiency in using computers and software packagesPreferred Experience:
Background in business-to-business sales or administration
Experience in customer service roles
Eligibility to work in the UKPerson Specification:
Self-starter with experience in sales, IT, or business management
Strong time management and organisational skills
Credible, confident, and a team player
Ability to work from home and travel to Bristol as needed
