Job Description
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Finance Operations Manager to oversee our Accounting & Finance department within our Life Science division, based in Gloucester.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
Review and approve payment runs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with payroll preparation and audits.
Sync inventory receipts and revenue/CoGs monthly.
Develop and support the finance team.
Implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare quarterly VAT returnsProfile
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience
ACCA/CIMA (experience of greater value)
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with MS Teams, Sage Intacct, and Outlook is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented
Capable of multitasking and managing complex prioritiesJob Offer
A competitive salary range of £40,000 to £55,000 per annum
3 days hybrid on-site working pattern
