It is a successful school with a large sixth form, easily accessible from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and Birmingham. This is to start ASAP, on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise classes during absence of teachers
Ensure the students remain on task and follow the work set
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
Provide support and guidance to students as needed
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth handover of lessonsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is a must
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments
