What you’ll be doing
Joining the UK’s largest vehicle leasing company. Due to growth and the opening of their new state of the art refurbishment centre they are seeking a panel technician to join their vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting into the cosmetic team leads, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that vehicles are prepared in accordance with the required reconditioning standards.
Their panel technicians play a crucial role, ensuring that vehicles meet specific performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of their vehicle’s paintwork.
Using technical skills and knowledge and working with state-of-the-art equipment and products, the key areas are to repair, prime and prepare panels ready for paint.
About you

Minimum criteria
Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK
Panel preparation experience
Primer experience
Accident repair experience
Experience using dent pulling equipment (Desirable but not essential) Who you’ll be working with
