What will you do?

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Mr Mulligans, Norwich. You will have responsibility for the delivery and development of all aspects of Mulligans and to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Ensuring that revenue is maximised through the upselling of retail products and food & beverage offerings.

You will be responsible for nurturing, developing and retaining the Mr Mulligans team members.

And safeguarding the long-term success of the Adventure Leisure division for its stakeholders, the Assistant General Manager will display determination and focus in guiding all the elements of Mr Mulligans to the highest level ensuring that it is recognised as the premier family-centric leisure destination of the surrounding area.

Experience you MUST have?

• 2 years’ People Management experience - Essential


• 2 years’ Venue Management experience - Essential


• Experience working in a hands-on customer facing role - Essential


• Key holder experience - Essential


• Health and safety experience (carrying out checks) – Essential


• 2 years' Bar/Restaurant Management Experience - Preferred
